This pathway of service is designed for students who desire a hands-on experience of taking their Christian witness to the work place.
Innovators work at a secular job (usually 40 hours a week) while assisting local missionaries (8-10 hours a week) in evangelism and church planting. Supervision and mentoring provided by the place of service.
Basic Qualifications
- Innovators are self-funded college missionaries.
- Candidates must have completed their freshman year in college.
- Candidates must have a minimum 2.0 GPA.
- Term of service varies according to ministry setting.
- Candidates may be members of a non-Southern Baptist evangelical church.
