Summer Missionaries
Summer missionaries assist local churches, campus ministries, and NAMB missionaries with evangelism and church planting. Their work concentrates on helping in community ministries, ministering to teenagers, working with campus ministries, or assisting in church planting.
Basic Qualifications
- Candidates must have completed their freshman year in college and have a minimum 2.0 GPA.
- Candidates must be an active member of a Southern Baptist church to receive travel funds and honorarium.
- Candidates may serve from 4-10 weeks, May through August.
- Candidates will receive travel, insurance and an honorarium ($75 per week of service) from NAMB.
- Room and board provided by the place of service.
